- What does UOP stand for?
UOP stands for "Unit of Packaging" the UOP tells us how you would like your fabric rolled.
- What does D/R mean?
D/R means "doubled and rolled". When fabric is D/R it is folded in half and rolled onto a board.
- What does ROT mean?
ROT means "rolled on tube." Fabric that is ROT is rolled at the fabric's full width of 44/45".
- Are your fabrics eco friendly?
While all of our fabrics are printed on 100% cotton, the dying process used to print our designs prohibits them from being labeled as "green" or organic.
- Are your fabrics treated with flame retardant or stain resistant chemicals?
We do not treat our fabric with flame retardant or stain resistant chemicals; however you are allowed to treat our fabrics with these chemicals after purchase.
- What do the letters in front of your design numbers mean?
The letters in front of the design number tell you what kind of cotton a design is printed on. The definitions below will help determine what a design is printed on or what additional dyes or pigments are used:
P-pima poplin L-cotton lawn M-metallic G-glitter H-heavy weight cotton oxford
- How do I establish an account?
We would love to have you as a customer! If you are a retailer or small manufacturer you can fax, email or call customer service with the following information:
Company Name Contact Name Shipping Address Billing Address Phone Number Fax Number Your email address Copy of Valid Resale License, or Tax ID number
Once we have your information we will establish your account and you will be able to order directly from us.

At this time our fabrics are only available to wholesale customers. Feel free to use our retail search on our How to Purchase page or contact customer service to find a retailer near you.
- Do you send samples?
Sample yardage, headers and color copies are available for purchase at any time. Our minimum order for samples is 10 yards and headers are $5 each. If the design that you’re interested in is not yet available on fabric, color copy references are available for $3 each.
- How can I find out which designs are in stock?

- Oh no! My favorite design has been discontinued! Is there a way to bring it back?
Bringing a discontinued design back can depend on a variety of different factors. Please contact customer service for more information on how to bring back your favorite design.
